Checklists by stage
Each booking gets these steps when it moves into a stage. You can still add, remove, rename and re-date steps on any booking.
Edit stages
Name your stages and put them in the order a booking moves through.
Color palette
Soft colors for the whole app. Works with light and dark mode. Sage is the default.
Google Drive & Gmail
Every booking files into two folders you choose: Business → Year → Event → Contracts & Invoices and Marketing → Year → Event → Media & Flyers. Year and event folders are made for you.
Google calendars
Pick which calendars count against your availability, and which one your booked sets are added to.
How you get paid
Your Venmo, Cash App, PayPal and Zelle usernames. They show on invoices and in emails. Bank and card numbers are never saved.
Privacy & terms
Gmail access is send-only. The app sends the emails you choose, after you review them, and never reads your inbox.
Kit
Everything a promoter or venue asks you for, ready to copy into an email.

Sent from the app
Emails you send from here, newest first. Tap one to open it in Gmail. Replies land in your Gmail inbox. The app has send-only access and never reads your mail.
Pick a template and a booking to fill in the venue, date and fee, then review it and send it straight from here. Templates can also pull in your bio, links and rider from Kit.
